Black Women Deserve M.O.R.E

Founder’s Story

Fiamma Jean-Baptiste

Over the years, I’ve seen and experienced firsthand how the lack of representation and support for Black women in the corporate world leads to career plateaus, wealth disparities, and perhaps more importantly, a decline in mental health. I wanted to create a safe space where Black women could break down barriers and prioritize their self-care.

Before starting M.O.R.E, I held various leadership positions in the corporate and tech world and have a background in Sales and Revenue Enablement. Like many professional Black women, I was often “the only” and had to navigate my career on my own. My experiences have allowed me to create valuable resources to reduce the mental and emotional load for M.O.R.E members.

Many Black women live double lives, conforming to societal expectations while yearning to embrace their true selves. It was this understanding that inspired me to create this community. With M.O.R.E, I am committed to offering a safe space for professional Black women to "remove the mask" and embrace their full potential by accessing career resources, mentorship, and connecting with other Black women to solve the unique challenges only we experience in the workplace.

Our Mission

M.O.R.E’s mission is to empower and uplift Black professional women by providing a unique combination of career resources, mentorship, and transformative retreat experiences.
